UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring a Dietitian Near WEST ALLIS, WI

Responsibilities

Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120-bed facility will feature evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults. 

We are looking for a Dietitian to join our new team!

The Dietitian is responsible for approving menus including modified diets from the hospital, provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed, and counsels patients and their families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation and nutritional principles. Monitors the performance improvement plans of the Dietary Services department and provides input in the development and implementation of patient care plans in relation to nutritional needs.

Qualifications

The Dietitian position requires:

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years dietary experience in a health care facility, with concentration in nutritional assessment and planning preferred.

Additional Requirements: Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure to practice dietetics in the State of Wisconsin.
