Dietary Supervisor
Responsible for directing and supervising food service employees to ensure all duties, including food production and sanitation requirements, are completed in a safe timely manner, according to all local, state, federal regulations and standards of TJC.
· Certified by Washoe County as a Food Protection Manager preferred.
· High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), Associates Degree preferred.
· Minimum of five (5) years experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service facility. Experience in acute care hospital or institutional food service preferred.
Northern Nevada Medical Center is a 124-bed acute care hospital located on 23 hillside acres at 2375 E. Prater Way in Sparks, Nevada.
