Responsibilities

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Compliance Department is seeking a Compliance Administrator. This position will coordinate distribution and investigation assignment of compliance and privacy complaints on the anonymous hotline on behalf of all UHS facilities and the Corporate office in conjunction with the UHS Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer or other Compliance office designees.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Reviews final investigation reports from the field for completeness and obtains approval to close investigations in applicable systems
  • Assists with conducting Compliance Department investigations and other compliance and privacy related projects
  • Compiles periodic data and metrics for reporting information
  • Handles communications with complainants by telephone where necessary to obtain details of complaint and log complaints in Compliance office system
  • Provides administrative support to the UHS Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Compliance office team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1 -3 years experience; 1 year experience compliance experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company employees
  • Experience with information systems conversions and strong Microsoft Office skills
