Wekiva Springs Center, A Psychiatric Hospital in Jacksonville Florida, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Business Development Marketer.
The Marketing Representative is responsible for the overall marketing and promotion of Wekiva Springs’ programs and services while maximizing referral potentials from assigned referral accounts, and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the Strategic Marketing Plan using all means including new technology and social media. New ideas and strategies are always welcome.
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. Two (2) years of experience in health care business development, healthcare marketing and sales, contract management environment with measurable business development results, pharmaceutical/medical sales, and a basic knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
Special Qualification: Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations in the past (3) years.
Reasoning Ability: Has the ability to identify and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to motivate and communicate well with people in crisis and to overcome objections/denial. Employee can communicate effectively and diplomatically with other departments, and with clients.
