Responsibilities

This opportunity is full-time, at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient Monday through Friday schedule. We are currently offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for this role!

Friends Hospital is the nation's oldest private psychiatric hospital, located on a beautiful 100-acre campus in Philadelphia, PA. Friends Hospital offers a continuum of care including level of care assessments; specially designed inpatient units for adolescents, adults, and older adults; and a private residential rehabilitation program. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides assistance to the CNO in administrative and clinical supervision over Nursing Services including effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality patient care, establish standards of practice, and provide effective fiscal management.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing. At least 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
