Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120-bed facility features evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
We are looking for looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new team!
The Accounts Receivable Specialist serves as one of the primary contacts for the Granite Hills Hospital Business Office for any and all billing or payment applications. The position is responsible for the handling of all communication either director or electronic with insurance carriers, patients or staff in the pursuit of collecting monies for the accounts receivable section of the Business Office. The position will serve as subject matter expert for insurance issues and will also be responsible for identifying at-risk accounts and trends based on aging criteria in order to exceed collection targets and minimize write-offs.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional Healthcare Revenue Cycle training preferred.
Work Experience: Three to five years’ experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Inpatient and Outpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred.
