SUMMARY: Oversees phlebotomy draw stations, coordinates relationship changes and test additions with outside. Reports any department issues to the Reg. Dir. Ambulatory Care, Nursing Services.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. HOURS: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Full Time

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Phlebotomy and Advanced Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited training institute. Must have 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager and training in laboratory environment.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: California State Phlebotomy Tech I certificate required. BLS Certification required.
