This position is part of a larger finance team responsible for maintaining a revenue cycle. Data Entry is responsible for completing business entry tasks in accordance with established objectives and standards, and all applicable State and Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter data in a timely manner.

· Process documents

· Work with billing department

· Maintain UCPWCW confidentiality.

· Train to help in any other order support areas as needed.

· Maintain accurate financial records.

· Resolve inconsistencies and errors.

· Prepare reports for internal controls and management.

· Maintain Authorizations.

· Any other job duties assigned.

Maintain efficient work methods and production goals.

Expectations:

· Participate in staff meetings.

· Participate in performance reviews.

· Maintain an updated calendar including work schedule, meetings, deadlines, and events.

· Maintain files/documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

· Effectively communicate ideas and department needs using clear verbal and written communication.

· Ensure safe work practices.

Schedule: To be determined for Full time or Part time status

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
