Description
In this position you will be responsible for assisting withclinical management and administrative coordination of the department includingboth the Extensivist and Covid-19 program. The position is a combinationof clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities.
Pay Range: $58.19-$80.46/HourlyQualifications
Required
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- 3 years of recent acute care or ambulatory experience
- Effectively listens and communicates to peers both positive and constructive feedback
- Consistently identify opportunities to improve unit performance and takes action to implement ideas
- Skilled in coaching and assisting staff
- Consistently achieves high standards in clinical duties and holds self to same standards as others are held to
