U.S. Security Care, Inc. is Hiring an Operations Administrator Near Blue Bell, PA

The Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Operations Managers and Operations Assistant on all pertinent Operational matters.
Position Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422
(Full Time) Wednesday-Friday 1pm to 9pm Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed;
Assists Scheduling and Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments;
Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software;
Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
Maintain Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);
Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
