U.S. Property is a growing real estate development company looking for a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to plan, estimate, and oversee projects across 15 states. This person has excellent communication skills with strategic thinking talents that will assist the team in tenant improvements, redevelopment, new development, managing budgets and collaborating with general contractors and subcontractors. This person will have a strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, cost estimating, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
