U.S. Property is a growing real estate development company looking for a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to plan, estimate, and oversee projects across 15 states. This person has excellent communication skills with strategic thinking talents that will assist the team in tenant improvements, redevelopment, new development, managing budgets and collaborating with general contractors and subcontractors. This person will have a strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, cost estimating, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
Essential Job Functions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use multi-limbed coordination, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
