As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for U.S. LawShield, you are responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis with our organization, including organizing data points, analyzing data with the foresight to determine corporate needs, data visualization, as well as communicating with stakeholders and SMEs.
Please note: Compensation for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This role is hybrid in scope; the ability to work from our headquarters in Webster, Texas 1-2 days per week is required.

Position Summary
Our BI Analyst plays an integral role in our information landscape as the person in this position is responsible for providing information, reporting, and analyses to our key decision-makers. A strong candidate is a talented collaborator that enjoys working with a team to accomplish great feats with our business units. An ideal candidate is passionate about the work and its impact on the company and our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities
Implement best practices and governance routines to ensure adherence to model management policies, peer reviews, and compliance to policy standards for privacy, ethics, and bias
Ability to obtain and sustain the cooperation of others
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and propose solutions
Be able to handle multiple projects, while communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience creating detailed reports while utilizing reporting tools such as Tableau, Tableau CRM, or other BI tools
Strong technical capabilities with SQL, data integration tools (Python, R coding/familiarity a plus)
Understanding of Sales & Marketing go-to-market motions, Campaign Performance measurement, and ROI measurement
Understanding and experience working with Salesforce CRM
Ability to work independently with a wide range of stakeholders, from other analysts to senior management
Education/Experience
2 years of experience in an Analytics Consulting/Data Analytics role, required
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent preferred
