Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Elan consumer credit card products. This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing credit card products and related programs and services in support of the organization's goals and market needs
- Driving product strategy and long-term vision to offer best in class products
- Enhancement and implementation of existing and new credit card products and programs
- Driving the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
- Ensuring products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation
Managing projects to ensure on-time project delivery
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
- Strong product management, design and development skills
- Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
- Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
- Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $88,655.00 - $104,300.00 - $114,730.00
