Two Six Technologies is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to work within a cross-functional development team focused on advancing state-of-the-art projects within the growing cybersecurity technology team in Arlington VA. Note: All candidates must be local to the Washington DC metro area and willing to be in the office 2-4 times per week.

• Habits of documenting code and system designs
• Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on a DevOps team
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Cloud Service providers; AWS, Google, and Azure
• Minimum of 5 years experience with git source control
• Minimum of 5 years experience with CI/CD tooling and support, Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab pipelines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with BASH and Python scripting experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience with containerization, Docker
• Minimum of 3 years experience with k8s, helm, EKS
• Proficient with JIRA, confluence

Nice If You Have

• Active DoD clearance (Secret or above)
• General knowledge / experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-v, Xen)
• Experience with designing scalable architecture in a production environment
• Experience with configuration management/automation (Chef, Ansible, Puppet)
• Familiarity with best practices for infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity systems

Clearance requirements:

• With active clearance and ability to obtain a clearance up to polygraph

Location:

• Local to Arlington VA for Hybrid (Onsite and Telework) up to 4 days in office
