We're opening our new location this fall at The Shops at Park Lane. 

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for representing Two Bit Circus’ guest experiences and facilities to prospective guests.We are a newer venue, so your focus will be to drive the growth of Two Bit Circus as a premiere destination for social and corporate functions. This position is eligible for commission-based pay.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Willingness to accept the most effective role;
• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly financial goals as related to Park events;
• Build and generate new leads, maintaining current relationships. Outbound sales calling to drive awareness of Two Bit Circus, increasing size of potential client database from prospecting, ensuring a 24 hour turn around for external client communications;
• Creatively negotiate and close contracts to fairly meet the client and Company’s needs, partnering with GM and Food & Bev Supervisor as needed for client’s special requests;
• Create BEO and run of show for the Park Management team;
• Monitors trends in the events industry and develop strategies to improve and adjust to those changes;
• Attend local trade shows when safe and available to do so within current health guidelines;
• Representing Two Bit Circus at various industry organizations and in all internal and external communications;
• Oversee and coordinate vendors to fulfill client’s requests and event needs when unable to fulfill in house;
• Weekly reports to the GM/Director on sales trends, bookings, sales recaps, etc.;
• Manage and coach sales and events team in relation to performance, discipline, hiring, attendance, monthly sales goals, etc., partnering with GM and HR as needed;
• Partner with GM and Sales Director for the development of Sales strategies, department budgets, team goals. Partner with HR in oversight of team;
• Uphold the mission and values established by Two Bit Circus;
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent professional sales experience;
• 5 - 7 years of recent commission-based sales and business development experience preferred; 
• Experience within an entertainment venue is a plus;
• Proficient in Google Suite is a plus; 
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills;
• Outstanding written communication skills and an ability to translate ideas into messages and guest experiences;
• Compelling interpersonal, networking, communication and presentation skills;
• Be extremely detail-oriented, and have excellent follow through, devoted to seeing tasks complete;
• Excellent discretion, demonstrating sound judgment in dealing with confidential dialogues and information
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Requires regular and predictable attendance;
