Compensation:

• Sign-On Bonus included
  
  • $1,500 for per diem
• $20.00 - $26.40 per hour
• Differentials added for time worked evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Evening (2PM to 10PM): $0.70 per hour
  • Nights (10PM to 6AM): $1.25 per hour
  • Weekends (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday): $1.00 per hour
• Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

Our Caregivers deliver quality of life to the residents of our community. We have 3 different cottages that differ in their level of care and will be opening our 4th toward the beginning of 2024. River's Walk Assisted Living facility benefits by having the support of the overall health system; located on the same campus as Columbia Family Clinic, Dayton General Hospital, our Rehab Therapy department, and many other services!

We are looking for individuals who have a love to care for others and advocate for the resident! In this role, you are expected to deliver total care in assisting residents with their daily living. You will observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition and chart those changes in Point Click Care. This position requires you to have your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State active or in pending status prior to your start.

We also have a position open for our Delegated Medication Aide and will combine interviews with it and this CNA posting!
