Twin Health is Hiring a Remote Implementation Specialist

Opportunity

We are looking for a Partner Implementation Specialist energized by working with customers and building strong relationships both externally and internally to drive exceptional outcomes for our members. In this role, you will assist the Sr Implementation Manager with the entire implementation and deployment of the Twin program end-to-end. The ability to problem solve, analyze and troubleshoot with verbal and written communication skills, tailored to communicate based on the situation and audience in a fast paced environment will be key. You enjoy working with different kinds of people and are great at building relationships

Working with a complex clinical delivery model in a high-growth environment, our Partner Implementation Specialist has to navigate through ambiguity while assisting with managing internal and external teams in a highly detail-oriented, organized and structured manner - all while ensuring we deliver on (and where possible, exceed) customer expectations. As part of our small and growing team, your input and contributions will be critical to helping Twin continuously improve, optimize and scale up our implementation process. 

You should be a highly organized, customer-focused and a resourceful individual. This role will be a great fit for you if you are a doer who is passionate about making a difference, comfortable with ambiguity, and naturally collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support implementing Twin’s program end-to-end across a portfolio of Twin customers, including self-insured employers, health plans and health systems
  • Help manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously alongside the Sr Implementation Manager - setting customer expectations, managing the overall project plan, and managing cross-functional teams to timelines to ensure launch readiness
  • Assist with discovery sessions to gain insight into Twin’s customers’ culture, priorities, and goals in order to design tailored solutions that work for their populations
  • Work with technical partners at the customer (or 3rd parties) to operationalize data access and eligibility file management, including finalizing file/data requirements, setting up file transfer and validation, and ongoing issue resolution
  • Assist with building out standard implementation work, templates, playbooks to drive continuous improvement and best practice development in our approach 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of implementation experience
  • Ability to communicate and work across client organizations, engaging on a range of tactical and strategic issues, with senior executives as well as execution teams
  • Baseline knowledge on project management skills, with demonstrated organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to balance between thoughtful planning and timely execution
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment working under time constraints
  • Experience with Google applications and with PM tools, such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and MS Project
