TVR Communications is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (PT) Near Bay Shore, NY
- Engage with and assist patients throughout the hospital, helping them utilize their TV and phones.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and work with our support group to resolve any technical issues.
- Handle basic account management/documentation of activities.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with patients and staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Professional attitude and manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to submit to an annual flu shot and medical requirements from the hospital.
- Be able to climb a 6-foot ladder as needed.
- MUST BE COVID VACCINATED.
- South Shore University Hospital, 301 East Main Street, Bayshore N.Y. 11706
- Schedule: Wednesday and Friday 10:00AM-4:00PM (12 hours per week)
