We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Internal Medicine and Geriatrics practice. We focus on primary and preventative care, and also treat acute conditions in the outpatient setting. We are seeking an individual who is knowledgeable, communicates well, and has a caring personality.

Duties:
Obtain complete history from patient and family members.

Complete physical examinations, order appropriate testing including labwork, imaging, and referrals as needed.

Formulate a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for both acute and chronic conditions.

Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, treatment plans, preventive care, and disease courses.

Review incoming results and determine appropriate follow-ups.

Document in EHR completely, accurate, and in a timely manner.

Respond to patient messages via telephone and secure patient portal.

Prescribe and refill medications as appropriate.

Requirements:
Must be licensed in state of Florida to practice medicine in accordance with state law.
Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
