Our IT System Administrators are solution-oriented persons that keep systems up and running smoothly and reliably. We hope that you are a quick learner with a can-do attitude and enjoy working with people to resolve their issues and grant their wishes.

The position is located in Seattle (Bothell), WA, USA. This is an on-site position with an option for remote working.

Responsibilities:

• Create an impact and empower our employees’ to succeed in they daily work by creating and maintaining a smooth-running working environment
• Follow trends in the industry and develop the company’s solutions on a continuous basis
• Support other members of the IT team and business stakeholders
• Evaluate future company partners/services, technologies and manage relations with providers
• Resolve incidents, deliver services and carry out changes in the IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Experience working with cloud services
• Experience with enterprise networks
• Experience with common operating systems (Linux, Mac and Windows)
• Identity management
• General understanding of security and privacy (preferably in the CMMC 2 Level 2 or ISO27001 frameworks)

Preferred skills:

• Scripting (e.g., shell scripting, PowerShell, python)
• Virtualization (e.g., Vmware, Proxmox, Hyper-V)
• Networking (e.g., firewalls, VPN, switching)
• Operating systems (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows Server)
• Cloud (e.g., AWS EC2, MS Azure)
• General understanding of the standard IT processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

However, it is more important to be able to learn new things fast than having these skills already. We let your skills grow with you. As the world changes around us, you, as an IT system administrator, must be able to develop your competencies and skills as well.
