Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of ADA Codes
- Must be able to present treatment plans to patients
- Experience with third party financing such as care credit and lending club
- Must be able to assist patients with any financing questions
- Must have experience with treatment planning specialty procedures such as rct, oral surgery, implants, wisdom teeth extractions
- Experience with Dentrix is a big plus
- Experience with PPO & HMO insurances required
- 3 years experience as a treatment coordinator/ manager
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Great phone skills
- Positive attitude
- Leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
