Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an innovative, talented, diligent and thoughtful applications analyst to join our team. You will collaborate with our algorithm department to sanity check new software releases and troubleshoot upon existing bugs and errors that will improve the truck testing efficiently and effectively. Must be able to objectively analyze application performance, generate a retrospective report and summarize an operable workaround manual.
Role Responsibilities
- Understand basic autonomous driving system
- Test applications extensively to ensure they are error and bug free
- Triage and troubleshoot software issues from loggers on a truck
- Act as a technical advisor to test engineers
- Collect system application feedback in an organized matrix
- Proper communication between Software Dev and Test operation
- Identify technical requirements and develop solutions
- Determine project constraints including estimated time and costs
- Fast learning new features and transfer to a trainable document
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Basic knowledge in application programming languages （SQL, Python, Matlab, etc.)
- Enjoys complex problem-solving and collaboration
- Dare to try and breakthrough issues
- Creative, analytical, and driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Accept flexible working hours
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 1 years experience as an applications engineer
- IT helpdesk support experience
