Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day as well as long range scheduling of operations by ensuring that tests are scheduled with the appropriate testing team, hardware requirements, and external test facilities. This position collaborates cross-functionally with all test teams and vehicle operations, ensuring that testing parameters are able to be met by coordinating both people and assets.

Opportunity Responsibilities-

• Scheduling/Coordination
• Checks Jira tickets for approved test runs daily
• Collects, prioritizes, and allocates testing resources
• Collaborates with teams that require on-truck testing
• Attends meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Schedules test runs for the following business week
• Maintains the Vehicle Ticketing System, inputting all information accurately and on time
• Coordinates and declines Operation POCs’ and PMOs’ scheduling requests when needed
• Recommends solutions to scheduling conflicts and special scheduling requests
• Ensures all customer transport requirements are completed on time
• Maintain Driver/TE roster to ensure the best use of the available team members
• Analyzes operational requirements, scheduling assumptions, and upcoming testing
• Analyzes potential impact of all activities against the planned schedule forecast
• Monitors trends and flags changes that may impact resource allocation
• Trains new hires, or per request

Experience and Skills required :

• BA in Management, Analysis, or related field
• 3-5 years scheduling experience in a dynamic environment
• Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
