Minimum Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience and 1-2 years’ experience in the Nurse Practitioner/ PA role preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 within 60 days of hire.
- Must sign and abide by the agency’s nicotine free hiring policy.
- Must successfully pass drug screen and background check.

Essential Duties
- Performs history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, complete, concise, relevant and appropriate for age, gender and clinical problem.
