We are looking for a highly driven Treasury Manager to join Turo’s Treasury Team. This person will perform a wide range of Treasury Operations functions, including cash management, treasury systems implementation, bank account management and more! As a member of Turo’s growing Treasury team, you will be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding global organization. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of general Treasury principles, excellent technical and communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across business functions. With your passion for teamwork and proactive style, you will make significant contributions to every aspect of our treasury function, managing and facilitating Turo’s phenomenal growth rate.

What You’ll Do:

• Key team member in building out the Treasury Operations function to support rapid growth and global expansion
• Own all aspects of the Cash Management process including daily cash positioning, cash analysis and short-term forecasting
• Develop and execute global banking infrastructure to support scale
• Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Provide expert guidance on cash and banking operations for stakeholders
• Identify and monitor key liquidity risks
• Support a fast-paced business by ensuring operational needs including payments and Inter-company settlements
• Bank account management including administration, signatory, and bank account updates
• Drive TMS/Cash Management tool implementation to establish real time cash visibility
• Manage compliance with effective internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Issue and monitor Letters of Credits
• Act as backup for all other areas of the Treasury function

Your profile:

• 8 years of professional treasury, finance, or banking experience. Public company experience or consulting for multinationals is a plus
• Strong understanding of how a treasury management function impacts a global organization and insight into current industry trends and challenges
• Experience with treasury systems
• Ability to collaborate and work with a diverse team and impact change across functional and business boundaries
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical treasury matters to a non-technical audience
• Project management skills, with extreme attention to detail
• The ability to accurately identify problems and apply strong problem-solving skills to obtain resolution
• Self-motivation and drive, with a passion for teamwork
