Dispensing Nurse Supervisor Signing Bonus of $5,000

Crossroads Turning Points is accepting applications for the Dispensing Nurse Supervisor position at our Lamar, CO location. The position is from Monday to Friday and starts at 5:30 am. The Dispensing Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a small team in the unit and measuring and dispensing methadone and other medications as per doctor orders and in compliance with FDA, DEA, and DBH regulations. The role also involves ensuring proper maintenance of medical records and other documents within the OTP clinic and program. We offer an attractive salary package of $60,000 annually, a $5,000 signing bonus, and an excellent benefit package.
