Who we are looking for:

An experienced marketing leader with a track record of growing high-functioning marketing teams employing B2C marketing tactics. A successful candidate will use data and experience to drive our marketing and company strategy. 

This role is at the top of the Marketing org and reports to the CEO.

As our VP of Marketing, you will:

• Guide and grow our ten person Marketing team to hit company objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies that iterate on our existing marketing channels while also expanding product feature utilization with existing customers.
• Set and direct a budget of $400k - $500k in monthly advertising spend to effectively acquire customers at an optimized CAC payback.
• Own the reporting engine and analysis for marketing initiatives, working with your team to evaluate results and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. 
• Collaborate with the product, operations, and customer experience teams to align around initiatives and accomplish company OKRs.
• Be a creative force in pushing the bounds of Marketing at TurboTenant. 
• Manage our existing team of ten marketers with expertise in SEO, SEM, Webinars, Product Marketing, Educational Content, and Email Marketing.

Non-Negotiables

• Experience working at a consumer or prosumer software or product-led growth organization.
• Located or willing to relocate to the Front Range of Colorado.
• Experience in leadership positions at a high-growth company of 50-100 employees, growing from $15M to $50M in revenue.
• Track record of adopting the customer voice to create incredible brand and product positioning. 
• Deep data literacy and experience analyzing results from each part of the marketing funnel. 
• A self-starter attitude, someone who gets things done, delegates wisely, and embodies our Be Better Virtues.
