Turbo Track Realty, LLC is looking for Power Players & Sales Maniacs. The company is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring real estate properties that align with our investment objectives. You will work closely with our staff members to evaluate potential investments and negotiate purchase agreements.

This position comes with paid assistants, paid data websites, paid unlimited data & lists, paid for autodialers, paid advertising and advanced training.

Responsibilities:

• Generate deals and closings everyday
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including knowing how to comp properties correctly, and other relevant surrounding factors
• Prepare and present investment proposals/offers to the staff members
• Negotiate purchase agreements and other contracts with sellers and other parties involved in the acquisition process
• Knowing how the acquisition process works from initial contact to closing the deal
• Work closely with other staff members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisition or related field
• At least 2-4 yrs of cold call experience. People who enjoy crushing the phones, fast phone sales and a competitive team environment
• Strong analytical skill
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
