Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper

The Tullahoma News, a Middle Tennessee division of Lakeway Publishers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable bookkeeper who will report to the General Manager and/or the Circulation Manager.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Handling and balancing accounts receivable and circulation money.

· Helping customers via phone.

· Taking many forms of payment including credit cards/checks/cash and making change

· Assisting newspapers with printing labels/bundle tops/any issues/problems they may have concerning customers accounts

· Daily tallying of receipts

· Able to manage monthly reporting

· Production and printing of customer invoices

Key qualifications include:

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/social media applications

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and complete each before deadline

· Good phone skills with a cheerful personality

· Attention to detail

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as excellent time management
