TULA Skincare is Hiring a Key Accounts Manager Near New York, NY

As we continue to build out and expand our retail business within the US, we are excited to bring on a new Account Manager to build launch plans and strategies inside points of distribution in Key Accounts in North America, including retailer .com channels. This role will be responsible for successfully managing and partnering with these key points of distribution to build brand passion and awareness while driving retail sales growth, digital strategies and net shipments. 

We are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of building a rapidly growing brand, and helping to lead our channel strategy through to day to day execution. This role is on the Sales Team, reporting directly to the Key Accounts Director. TULA headquarters are based in Nomad in New York City (but we are working remotely / hybrid for now!). This role can also be based remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omni Channel Management with a focus on retailer digital strategy:
  • Primarily focused on retailer digital strategy, while supporting the omni retailer business plans and priorities
  • Integral in continuing to build momentum on strong retail development and expansion strategy, including negotiating and planning with Key Account Director and VP of Sales, how best to partner, optimize key levers, and competitive trade offs within channels
  • Manage retailer.com sell in and sell through, supporting omni sales targets
  • Successfully manage strong retail partnerships, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of merchant teams
  • Own digital channel retailer specific market plans, developing and executing innovative and best in class retail strategy, equipped to drive strong comp revenue and profitability to fuel rapid growth, achieving aggressive sales goals while expanding market share and supporting omni plans
  • Develop omni sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Manage, develop, and strengthen retailer ecommerce channel experience, programs and PDP content and SEO optimization,, negotiating best in class site exposure to align with key retailer, brand, or product moments 
  • Define the retailer ecommerce marketing plans and digital campaigns, supporting retailer activity calendars and managing/ defining digital and promotional strategy and activations
  • Sales and budget planning/ forecasting inclusive of promotions, paid, display, programmatic, and search
  • Develop retailer specific CRM/ targeting campaigns and strategies
  • Support development and execution of a seamless omni-store strategy
  • Oversee .com channel product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations, and Education 
  • Ability to travel as needed (~20%)

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of industry experience and 3 years of Account Management/ Sales experience in beauty within Ulta and/ or Sephora required
  • Growth mindset that translates into a passion for the retail experience in a fun, fresh way
  • Impeccable project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical capabilities and Excel skills
