This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a real impact to the Company.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED PRODUCTION MANAGER?Plans efficient use of labor and materials, including planning prefab workflow, purchasing inventory, performing cycle counts and monitoring waste controlEnsures tools and equipment are secured, inventoried, and properly maintained within manufacturer's specifications and in compliance with Tuff Shed's safety requirementsEnsures that sub-contractors are loaded safely in a timely manner and that all materials are provided and accurate for each jobPeriodically inspects completed buildings and provides feedback to production and sales personnel on job performance and quality issuesPerforms customer service duties, such as warranty/building repair and customer resolutionProvides feedback to the General Manager concerning new ideas in production, fabrication, quality, organization, productivity, store cleanliness and customer serviceSKILLS & EXPERIENCEAbility to operate standard construction equipment, such as power and pneumatic tools, as well as measuring devices.Experience managing a team and meeting operational targets; also preferred, experience with sub-contractorsInventory and fleet management experience preferredStrong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookBi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?An opportunity to join a successful company and be part of the growth of the team!
