Youth Soccer Coach
TUF Athletics is looking for passionate and intelligent individuals to coach youth Soccer in a practice, scrimmage, and league play setting.
You will be working at 1 elementary school, once per week. Unless you wish to travel to other schools.
Job Duties:
1. Checking in players.
2. Communicating with parents, and signing players out.
3. Set up and tear down of equipment, possibly bringing equipment to practice, taking care of equipment.
4. Marketing for schools including tabling and outdoor marketing activities and events.
5. Learning games and drills and teaching them to children.
6. Keeping children under control at all times.
7. Communicating with children to resolve child needs and issues.
8. Working with venue staff to carry out business needs.
*This is not a complete list of duties, more duties may be applicable and/or more services may be agreed upon by contractor and TUF Athletics LLC.
*Additional forms of income will include marketing hours and may include 1:1 coaching session opportunities. Additional income may also come from taking a "manager" role at a school location*
Manager roles include being in charge of programs at assigned schools. Working together with the TUF coaches to make sure the school has all necessary marketing materials, and the program runs smoothly each day of practice.
Coaching Requirements:
1. Must be hard working.
2. Must have knowledge of Soccer and knowledge of Basketball/Football is a plus.
3. Must be available Weekends - Saturdays once per month for game days.
4. Must be able to pass a DCF Level 2 Background Check.
5. Must be willing to work with all types of children ages 5-15.
6. Reliable transportation.
7. Reliable communication.

Experience & Education
0. Must have played soccer on a team before
1. College/University Student or Graduate.
2. Business degree or business experience is recommended.
3. Looking for applicants who have worked with children in the past.
4. Previous work in after school/Coaching setting is a plus.
5. Coaching experience is a plus.
6. Experience managing others is a plus.
