We are looking for a leader who’s passionate about Tubman’s mission and services, values equity and abundance, and is an ambassador with the ability to inspire others to make a difference in the lives of women, men, youth and families who have experienced trauma. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder who is a thoughtful listener, is genuinely curious about people, likes learning what motivates people and makes them feel appreciated, has the ability to initiate, organize, and manage projects, and collaborates with colleagues across departments. They are optimistic, intrinsically motivated, will take the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously, and thrive in a complex environment.
