Scope:
The position of Accounts Payable Coordinator requires an accounting background with a working knowledge of the accounts payable and cash disbursement functions. The qualified candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills. Job duties may change and will require someone who can adapt to a changing work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review, process and perform data entry of AP transactions using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and other software
  • Verify and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents
  • Prepare and process weekly check run
  • Resolve invoice issues with internal and external sources
  • Ensure accuracy of use tax on invoice entries and prepare month-end accrual
  • Prepare month-end AP accrual entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Problem-solving where the development of new solutions, methods, or systems will result in a major impact on the company’s success
  • Implements own recommendations and sees projects through to completion
  • Recommends and implements improvements to processes increasing efficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group meetings and discussions and give and receive information accurately
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages
  • Attends or conducts meetings to negotiate, explain, persuade, or present information
    degree of accuracy
Education & Experience:
Required Education: High School Diploma required
Required Work Experience: 1-2 years of accounts payable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM Provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
