TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst Near Anderson, SC

Job Description: TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. This position will be a key contributor driving results to help grow and develop the overall AP team and it’s automation capabilities to the next level. Responsibilities: Coordinate implementation of new automated Accounts Payable (A/P) software solutions and corresponding processes with internal and external parties Responsible for any updates and ongoing maintenance of Accounts Payable systems Assist with training and communication of new A/P automated software solutions to TTI associates Responsible for compiling accounts payable data for monthly KPI’s and timely reporting to management Build and maintain end-to-end processes, workflows, and capabilities within the A/P function with a focus on operational excellence while ensuring proper internal controls Manage and review invoices processed through the payment request site Enter and process vendor invoices in ERP; maintain accurate vendor invoice history Review and validate weekly and ad hoc check payments Communicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve payment processing issues Prepare monthly Accounts Payable closing reports Manage & reconcile corporate credit cards and employee expense reports Assist Accounts Payable team with year-end audit requests and 1099 reporting Analyze vendor accounts and balances outstanding to ensure their compliance with payment terms Prepare monthly aging reports Validate the accuracy of approvals and G/L account coding of all invoices submitted for payment Complete additional projects and duties as delegated by department management Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 3 – 5 years (Accounts Payable experience required) Previous use of accounts payable automation systems required (AI/RPA/BI a plus) Project management experience preferred Meticulous organizational skills and detail-oriented Strong customer service focus and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Great time management skills Strong Excel skills required Previous ERP knowledge required #LI-MM1 TTI is a world-class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of Power Tools, Hand Tools, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Floor Care and Appliances for consumers, professional and industrial users in the home improvement, repair and construction industries.
