Tsunami Tsolutions is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Glastonbury, CT

Tsunami Tsolutions is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Production Programs team. Supporting commercial and military customers across the global aviation industry.

NOTE: This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national Security based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. NO Company Sponsorship offered.

The Program Analyst will support multiple projects within Production Programs in a dynamic office environment by ensuring accurate budgeting of resources, and performing project tracking and data analyses.

Responsibilities

The Program Analyst will facilitate project logistics by:

  • Understanding contractual obligations and resulting financial impact to the project;
  • Maintaining task assignments in Tsunami’s business tracking systems;
  • Monitoring incoming customer e-mail and postings on web-based supplier portals;
  • Capturing and tracking project data in Tsunami’s business tracking systems;
  • Providing status reports on metrics to the Program team;
  • Coordinating within the Program Team and other functional organizations;
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, both internal and with external customers;
  • Conducting conference calls, both internal and with external customers;
  • Recording and publishing meeting minutes, logging and tracking of action items;
  • Performing follow-on actions, as required;
  • Support Leadership in developing presentations.

Requirements

Minimum education/experience: 1) Bachelor’s degree, entry level acceptable, or 2) Associate’s degree with 2-3 years related work experience, or 3) 5 years experience demonstrated in a related office environment.

Preferred education/experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years related financial experience.

Must have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Conditions

Office environment: Hybrid work arrangements are possible

Ability to utilize laptop computer, web-based communication system, shared printing station, etc.

Local travel to customer locations (same day) may be required.
