Swift Media Entertainment is a premier esports and gaming organization with teams all over the world. Swift has three business pillars; TSMFTX , ICON Talent Agency, and the coaching app 

TSM FTX is a world-recognized leader in esports with multiple top-ranked competitive teams, including the most notable League of Legends team who has won 7 LCS Championships, more than any other organization. Originally founded in 2009 by Andy Dinh and Dan Dinh, we now have 16 competitive teams in addition to League of Legends, including Fortnite, Valorant, Apex, Rainbow 6 and more. We also have one of the largest networks of streamers on (Subsid. Amazon) including ImperialHal, Subroza, and Hikaru. 

In 2020, TSM FTX opened our first performance center in Playa Vista, CA that operates as our central hub and headquarters. Most recently, TSM landed the largest partnership deal in esports history with FTX. 

All of this contributes to our mission to become the most competitive, popular, and successful esports and video game organization in the world. We're seeking skilled, driven, and passionate team members to continue the momentum forward.


We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Partnerships responsible for leading the Partnership Team at TSM FTX. This position will report to the CRO and will be based in our Playa Vista office. Partnership revenue is the largest revenue stream at TSM FTX and the Director of Partnerships is responsible for cultivating and developing strong relationships with the brands we represent and making sure our marketing campaigns are overdelivering for our clients. 

Overall the Director of Partnerships will lead client strategy, manage the Partnerships team, and be responsible for all upsell and renewal business at TSM FTX.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Manage the day to day of the TSM partnership management team. This will include making sure the TSM partnerships team is executing at the highest level on all social, digital, event and team sponsorship deliverables.
  • Implementation of best in industry processes and technologies to make the team more efficient and effective.
  • Mentor and grow the partnership team across all levels
  • Ability to utilize a wide-ranging skill set and service skills to establish strong relationships with premier brands and partners. 
  • Creatively find solutions on how to successfully deliver ad products, marketing activations, and analytical reporting under a variety of constraints such as time, talent availability, and supply of resources.
  • Ideate new ad products, deliverables, and marketing plans for a wide variety of Fortune 500 brands. 
  • Develop consistent processes that adapt to a changing marketplace, organizational structure and sales strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients and navigate their large matrixed structures.

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in the partnership management field. Experience with larger blue-chip brands is preferable. 
  • Digital background media or marketing background is important since our partnerships are based in digital media and we will be creating new digital ad products to meet our growing partner base. 
  • The candidate will need to have a strong managerial background along with an ability to clearly communicate horizontally and vertically within the organization. 
  • Ability to closely interact along with other members of the partnership team with our growing client base
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
