We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and New Delhi. We welcome you to work in any of our offices, but you also have the opportunity to work from home.
About the role:
The Manager of Marketing Activation is responsible for day-to-day program implementation for trade, as well as various client, efforts. This includes implementing process, communicating with partners/clients, and key internal, as well as external, stakeholders to ensure trade efforts, as well as custom advertising campaigns, are implemented with excellence.
In this role, you are responsible for flawless implementation of TMB’s marketing activation product, working with various trade partners, internal sales, Account Management, various internal producers/developers and content teams to ensure the activation of custom content and digital products across all TMB brands are delivered upon. You will be focused on media trade marketing activations such as partnerships, events, email campaigns, etc. with various industry partners. This role reports to the Director of Activation.
About you:
You are a stellar project manager, process-centric at every turn of your approach and can express your point of view through written and verbal presentations. You are passionate about content across mediums and categories ranging from entertainment and pets to food and home (and more!) You roll up your sleeves to manage multiple trade partners and client efforts. You are an effective communicator who is adept at communicating with trade and client partners, as well as with various internal teams.

The Activation Team at Trusted Media Brands is the keystone to successful client and trade campaign launches. This team carries custom elements of each sold campaign from signed insertion order to partner kick-off call to production with various internal and external producers and ultimately to our enthusiastic and engaged audiences. Our team prides ourselves as a group of creative project managers who understand the strategic goals of our partners and how our TMB products deliver on their goals. We love the art, as much as the science, of a bringing a campaign to market for our partners. And, even more, we have fun doing it!
