Experience:

• 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

Additional Information:

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or program and proof of current California license.

Unit- specific capabilities and/or certifications are required on hire or within the introductory period (i.e., ACLS & PALS).

Requires ability to read and interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write complex reports.

Knowledge of basic arithmetic and algebraic concepts such as proportions, percentages, and simple equations; successful completion of pharmacology test with an overall score of 80% or greater.
