Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Dublin, CA location!
We’re looking for innovative leaders, who are eager to support our families and RBTs with a desire to provide high quality ABA services to diverse individuals.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a new BCBA or BCBA candidate sitting for the exam in the next couple of months. You’re excited to join a team of other BCBAs who want to support you on your path to becoming a clinician. You enjoy meeting new families and helping them in their ABA journey. You love collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members. Training is fun and you enjoy using your skills to effectively train your peers, therapists, and families. You are interested in applying your behavior analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs. You are driven, self-motivated, excel at managing your time, and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals in need of ABA therapy.

We strive to give you a schedule that supports a healthy work/life balance, asking that you provide on average 25 hours per week of billable client case management. At TBH we understand things come up and we also understand that certain things are out of our control. You have the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to best support your clients and take care of yourself.
