Full Description:
The Trumbull and Porter Hotel, located in Corktown in the heart of Detroit and surrounded by many shops, dining, and entertainment, is looking for an upbeat, professional, and experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent.
You will serve in this key position as our guests’ first point of contact. Hotel Front Desk Agent's responsibilities include registering guests and providing information about rooms and amenities. If you have front desk hotel experience, we would like to meet you.

We are looking for applicants with front desk experience. In this position, you will take reservations, check guests in and out of rooms, direct calls, and answer all guests’ questions and concerns. It is the primary responsibility of our front desk agent to create guest loyalty by providing professional, polished, and unparalleled service when assisting guests in creating experiences. If you have spyware experience that is a plus for this position.
We are seeking individuals with outgoing and upbeat personalities.

- Handle all room payment procedures.

- Update shift Pass On.
