Carlisle Public School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavior analysis services and behavior management plans/guidelines for special education students enrolled in our district. In addition, this position provides support and professional learning to teachers, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and faculty. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties or responsibilities listed below are intended as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. *Develop materials and provide resources for professional development for administrators, educators, instructional assistants, RBT/ABA technicians in Applied Behavior Analysis or other evidence-based methodologies related to addressing the needs of students with behavior challenges. *Maintain Safety Care or Crisis Prevention trainer status and ensure that all identified faculty and staff receive appropriate training according to the guidelines set forth by Safety Care or CPI. *Plan and oversee the development and implementation of programs, policies, and best practices related to instruction using the principles of ABA for students with autism and other disabilities. *Conduct behavior assessments requiring their expertise (e.g., functional analysis and/or functional behavior assessments of ongoing problem behavior not appropriately or sufficiently addressed with less intensive interventions) when those assessments are requested. *Develop and maintain behavioral data and create graphical data representations, and report for progress monitoring monthly of students with disabilities identified by the Director of Student Support Services. *Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of behavior plans and guidelines. *Assists case managers in monitoring and reporting to families student's behavioral progress through data analysis and observation *Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including quarterly progress reports. *Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services.
