Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery | Treatment Coordinator

Our strong team is growing, and we are seeking to add a highly organized and personable Treatment Coordinator. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our patients throughout their treatment journey.

You will be responsible for assisting patients in understanding their treatment options, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Surgical and dental experience required.

Some travel to 4 OS offices may be required - Orland Park, Plainfield, Joliet and Downers Grove.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in dental billing and treatment coordination
• Strong understanding of dental insurance policies
• Billing procedures, and coding is necessary
• Medical insurance understanding preferred as well
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in billing and administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Win OMS experience a plus

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm

The position will be mainly at the Downers Grove and Plainfield locations but may require occasional travel to Joliet and Orland Park as well
