True North Custom is Hiring a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

You have really started to love the world of digital marketing. You enjoy writing ads to catch and hold consumer attention online and you’re passionate about using that power to help businesses reach their audiences in meaningful ways. If you love running paid media campaigns and are a data geek that thrives on generating quality leads for their clients, our full time remote Digital Marketing Specialist role might be just the right fit for you.

In this role you will assist the senior team in creating and building out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for our clients. You’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives. 

You will also assist in providing campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting. 

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer with 2-4 years of experience in campaign development, deployment and results in a dynamic agency environment. Must be a team player who is self-motivated and is looking for an opportunity to progress their digital marketing skills. 

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns 
  • Experience running multi-channel media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube etc), Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, OTT
  • Experience in reporting to showcase campaign data effectively to clients
  • Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
  • Experience in recommending and implementing adjustments to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
  • Experience with conversion landing page tools
  • Interest in conducting keyword research for organic content/SEO efforts
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus
