We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Representative to join the team. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for sales and brand representation, showcasing your product knowledge and delivering captivating demonstrations to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand and promote products to customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Memorize and deliver a compelling sales pitch to drive sales and meet targets
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of product line and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve team objectives
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
