At True Food Kitchen we pride ourselves on serving great food! This means that we rely on our line cooks to consistently and efficiently prepare and cook our recipes to the highest quality. Many items on our menu are seasonal which gives our line cooks a variety of recipes to prepare as we rotate throughout the year
We look for people who:
Preferably have at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable
Exhibit exceptional knife skills
Can work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
Read and execute a recipe
Have Pizza, Wok, Saute & Grill experience a PLUS
A love of making great food!
What you will be doing:
Making sauces and dressings
Prepping and portioning food items for service
Execution/Production/Plating of menu items
Keep an organized and sanitized station
Responsible for keeping a fully prepped & stocked station
Line sweeps and general cleanliness of line and more as business requires
