Position Title: Client Relations Manager

Job Summary: The Client Relations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with supporting our contracted partners’ staffing needs. He/she will evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls. Client Relations Manager utilizes marketing platforms to track referral sources, progress, quotas, and goals to advance our outreach to source cases. 

Responsibilities include:

• Expand and develop a list of contacts and referral sources at contracted partners
• Be the liaison between the office and visiting MLTCs on the field to maintain existing relationships with contracts
• Implement and manage outreach to all Managed Long Term Care Plans (MLTC) and Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) to ensure an organized process is in place for consistent outreach
• Reach out daily to contacts regarding case offers
• Communicate with contracts at the time of holidays and calendar events that may increase potential for case acceptance according to contract needs and to confirm case availability
• Liaise between Intake and Admissions Department to ensure new cases accepted are received and assigned to coordinators for staffing
• Have full knowledge of True Care Caregiver availability and ability to staff cases, working with the representative designated to focus on HHA availability
• Communicate with the Authorizations department to ensure new case offers come through
• Track cases that open in the HHA eXchange listing the appropriate referral source
• Understand the needs of each referral source at MLTCs to strategize and ensure that True Care can meet those needs
• Manage organized log of cases denied due to no HHA availability (location/hours/language) to ensure proper recruitment focus according to staffing needs
• Monitor, report outcomes and communicate results to referral sources
• Daily communication with Supervisor regarding updates
• Meet deadlines as assigned
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
• Maintain professional demeanor according to company policies and represent True Care to all contracts accordingly

Job requirements:

• High school or equivalent required
• Experience in HHAeXchange and Salesforce is a plus
• Organized and meticulous with follow up
• Experience with office applications including HHA eXchange
• Consistently exercise sound and responsible decisions, with the ability to make rapid and immediate decisions when necessary
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
