True Captive Insurance is Hiring a Customer Success Manager Near Overland Park, KS

True Captive Insurance is a medical stop-loss captive serving the 50-1000 space across the US. We believe in healthcare that is personal and insurance that isn't complicated.

We are looking for someone to join our growing team on a mission to change how people consume and buy health insurance. Our next great hire is for the Customer Success Manager. This role will be vital in ensuring our customers have everything they need day to day and supporting clients through implementation and ongoing plan management. This individual is responsible for multiple large-scale accounts, as a guide and advisor for the client's success with respect to their operational needs, and is passionate about creating the best outcomes for all parties involved. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Someone with a strategic mindset and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming with experience in this space who wants to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entrepreneurial Minded – MUST. Able to speak confidently and naturally to brokers and executives.
  • Maintains contact with existing customers to continue the business relationship.
  • Conducts research and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Work with multiple internal departments to collaborate and ensure a smooth group transition process.
  • Develop appropriate solutions to customer issues and concerns using excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure proper operational activities occur on time and with accuracy, including broker communication, plan performance presentation, integration improvements, etc.
  • When issues arise, ensure the client is informed appropriately, and necessary measures are taken to minimize impact. Issue resolution and creating documentation for the client or customer is done thoroughly, timely, and with attention to detail.
  • Meet with clients regularly to build rapport and identify opportunities for needs that would alleviate client or customer friction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee benefits with a solid working knowledge of self-funded insurance plans and medical stop-loss captives preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using HubSpot is a plus
  • Extreme attention to detail and pride in your work product
  • Compelling presentation writing and storytelling abilities
  • College degree preferred, preferably in marketing, business, or education.
  • Experience in service-related products is preferred.
  • Must have an exemplary presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
  • Requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
