Trucenta is looking for a passionate Employee Relations Specialist that can hit the ground running to support our team members. This person will be the main point of contact for everything Human Resources for our Retail and Processing facilities. This person will be on site with the team, supporting leadership and ensuring policies that are in place are being upheld. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for any HR related initiatives and questions for our retail and processing facilities 

  • Recruit and onboard new team members

  • Create and host orientation for new hires on site

  • Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits

  • Manage all employee relations for retail and processing facilities

  • Own and lead full cycle rollouts for new HR compliance initiatives.

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Ensure payroll is accurate weekly

  • Answer team member questions about benefits, accommodations, loa etc.

  • Serve as point of contact and provide support, guidance and direction to management and field operators on performance improvement and corrective action matters, up to and including termination. 

What You Need:

  • 2-3 years of Employee Relations experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Someone that has a passion for people and helping others

  • Knowledge of employment laws

  • Good problem solving skills
