Previous hotel experience preferred but are willing to train the right candidate. Full time position available. Must be able to stand for a full 8-hour shift. You will represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay and ensure that the brand's highest standards are met.

Responsibilities

• RUNNING NIGHT AUDIT APPLICATION AND TURNING OVER THE DAY
• Making Reservations
• Accommodating guests needs throughout their stay
• Resolving guest issues with professionalism and compassion
• Running daily reports and following detailed check lists
• Answering multi-line phone
• Openly communicating with other departments
